Accessibility

Millinder House Cottages comprises three units, situated around a courtyard.   The drive is a quarter of a mile long and is a farm track which undulates.

  • The Byre is a three bedroom, single storey building.
  • The Granary is a two bedroom, first floor apartment which is unlikely to be suitable for wheelchair users.
  • The Carthouse is a one bedroom, ground floor apartment situated under the Granary.

Pre-arrival

The nearest station is Castleton Moor which is about a mile from Millinder House.  There is a shelter with seating and a public telephone.  There is a steep hill between the station and the cottages and we recommend that you make arrangements to be collected if you choose to take the train.

Most people will choose to arrive by car.  See under “Visiting us” for directions.
